Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

    You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

    a. Timing: In a Vase and In a Bouquet collections are not eligible for cancellation. For Special Occasions collection, you may be able to request for a cancellation if the request has been made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
    b. Custom Orders: Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation if the production process has already begun.
    c. Item Delivered: Once the order has been delivered, we do not accept any product returns and product exchanges.

       

      How to Request a Cancellation

        To request the cancellation of your order, please follow these steps:

        a. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team by emailing info@bloomingroots.co or calling +971527323999. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your cancellation request.
        b. Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on the specified conditions.

           

          Refund for Canceled Orders

            If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process a refund based on the following criteria:

            a. Prepaid Orders: If you have already made a payment for your order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 of confirmation.
            b. Special Cases: For customized or personalized orders that cannot be resold due to their unique nature, or if the production process has already begun, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.

               

              Non-Cancellation Situations

                Please be aware that certain situations may not be eligible for order cancellation, including:

                • Any item in "In a Vase" and "In a Bouquet" collections
                • Orders canceled less than 4 hours of delivery time
                • Last-minute orders.
                • Customized or personalized items that have entered the production phase.
                • Orders for perishable goods that have already been prepared for delivery or pickup.

                 

                Changes to the Cancellation Policy

                  We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these changes periodically.
