Customer Error: No refund is applicable for any occasion arising from Customer error, including but not limited to incorrect information provided by the Customer, refusal of the receiver to receive the item beyond the control of Blooming Roots, and duplicate order upon checkout supposing that there was no technical issue during the processing of payment.
  3. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing of your cancellation. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
